The Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center is a public non-profit corporation that is governed by a board of directors from Fayette, Lamar, Marion, Walker and Winston Counties.
Serves teenage girls ages 12 to 28 who are referred by the Dept. of Human Resources and are in foster care, providing counseling, academic assistance and remediation, behavior modification, and mental health education and monitoring.
